Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Perform barbering services including fades, shaves, and beard trims with precision and care.
- Offer additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client looks.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client needs and providing expert advice.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in store management or overseeing salon operations is highly desirable.
- Skilled in barbering techniques with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members alike.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions and makeup application to offer comprehensive beauty services.
