The Role
This is a new business-focused sales role where you'll identify opportunities, build relationships and win contracts for Premier Power Electric.
You'll be responsible for developing relationships with main contractors, M&E contractors, project managers, commercial managers and procurement teams, helping position Premier Power Electric as the preferred electrical labour partner.
The ideal candidate is driven, commercially minded and enjoys opening doors and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK.
- Develop relationships with main contractors, M&E contractors and commercial developers.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals and industry events.
- Arrange and attend client meetings both in person and online.
- Identify upcoming warehouse, industrial and data centre projects.
- Promote Premier Power Electric's electrical subcontracting and labour services.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and win new contracts.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Achieve agreed sales, revenue and activity targets.
- Represent Premier Power Electric professionally within the construction and electrical industry.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
Desirable
- Experience within electrical contracting, M&E, construction or building services.
- Existing relationships with contractors, developers or procurement teams.
- Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or data centre projects.
- Experience selling subcontracting or labour services.
