An exciting opportunity to join the our retail team , covering both our Retail Stores and our Retail 'Serve and Go' Vans.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, passionate about customer service to join us in our mission to be the bakery of choice for all customers seeking the finest quality, at the best price, with warm and friendly service.
As a Retail Sales Assistant in a retail store you will be trained to bake off pasties and savouries, to cook on a griddle, serve customers, make hot drinks and set up sales displays. Covering all stores in Plymouth and Ivybridge.
As Retail Van cover, you will be working in a busy environment as part of our Retail Van team. You will be involved in serving customers hand-made baked goods, filled rolls, crisps and cold drinks, and will be trained to follow a planned route, stopping at different locations, serving customers from the side of the van, then moving on to the next customer stop.
Full training will be provided, but previous experience working in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
You must be 21 years or over to apply or this job and have a full clean driving licence ( your licence held for at least 12 months).
Hours:
- Minimum 16 hours per week
- Shifts will vary between 6.45 a.m. and 3 p.m.
- Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays - normally working 4 days a week.
- Hourly pay rate: over 21 £12.75
