Driver job summary
Our busy courier company is currently looking for a team player to fill various delivery driver positions who will report to our HQ in Banbury. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of medical goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, liaise with the office with regards to collections, loading and unloading vans and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

Please note this position you could be sent into central London for delivering.
Please note Drug & Alcohol Testing will be conducted on successful candidates
Starting around 4am-5am each day. Unfortunately due to this being in the medical industry and dealing with Trauma kits we cannot guarantee a finish time each day. Averaging 10-14hr days.
Shift Pattern
Mon-Tue, Thurs-Fri. Minimum 40 hours.
Optional overtime on days off, excluding Wednesday & Sunday.
Pay Scale
- 28,600 p/a. Increasing to £30,368 from Sept 14th
- £16.75p/h overtime. Increasing to £17p/h from Sept 14th after 40h have been completed.
- £25p/h Saturday overtime.
Delivery Driver responsibilities and duties
Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
Pack and load products onto vehicles according to company’s specifications
Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
Maintain ongoing communication with logistics and customer care team
Unload goods as per client specifications
Review deliveries with customers to ensure that products are correct
Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
Liaise with the office for any collections required by the driver on that day
Delivery Driver qualifications and skills
Valid Full UK Driving Licence - No Automatic Only
Minimum 2 years’ experience Driving preferable
Strong customer service skills
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment
