We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Manager to oversee our domiciliary care service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, maintain high standards of care, and help drive the continued success and growth.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care is delivered at all times. You will provide leadership to the team, maintain compliance with CQC standards, and build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and all relevant legislation.
- Lead, recruit, train, and support care staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Monitor care quality through audits, care plan reviews, and risk assessments.
- Promote a positive, supportive, and professional working culture.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare partners.
- Support service development by identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining excellent standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Registered Manager status or eligibility to register with the CQC.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience managing a domiciliary care service.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Confidence using digital care management systems and Microsoft Office.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
