£28,000-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
The role
You will support the creation and delivery of marketing communications plans for the programmes we deliver for clients, including government, combined and local authorities and other organisations.
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is delivered on brand, on time and within budget.
You will contribute to the growth and development of our marketing activities.
You will actively measure the impact of our campaign activity and support with the reporting of appropriate marketing metrics, ensuring learnings from previous campaigns inform future activity.
The team
You will join the Marketing Services team which is made up of around 25 colleagues based across the UK. We deliver high-quality marketing and communications activity for our clients across a range of programmes, from energy advice to households to low-carbon travel support for businesses and local authorities.
The Marketing Services team works with other Marketing, Digital and Technology colleagues to design, deliver and continuously improve our products and services to delight our customers and exceed our business goals. We work in an increasingly agile way, and we are customer-centric, product-orientated and data-driven in all that we do.

What you will do
You will create and deliver campaign activity to support the achievement of strategy objectives.
You’ll work across the whole range of the marketing mix including (but not limited to) social media, SEO, digital advertising, content creation, email marketing and print collateral.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with and provide expert marketing guidance and advice to programme stakeholders.

You will have knowledge of the marketing mix, including planning, tactical delivery and reporting.
You will have knowledge and experience of working in a busy team with competing stakeholder requirements.
You will be willing to adapt and thrive in a quickly changing environment.
You will be a strong and confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
