We are looking for someone that would like Saturdays 9.30 pm till 4 pm , Sundays 9.30 till 4 and possibly Thursdays 4pm till 7.30 pm.
Summary
We are seeking a Piano Teacher to join our team at Westcliff Music Academy. This part-time position offers the opportunity to inspire and educate students in piano playing while enjoying a creative and supportive environment. As demand grows, there is potential for increased hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective piano lessons tailored to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Create lesson plans that foster student interest and promote musical growth.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching piano or a strong background in music education.
- Passion for music and teaching, with the ability to inspire students.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs.
