We’re looking for two brilliant Supervisors to help set the pace at Leopard Pie Worsley. People who can bring the energy, read the room and keep both guests and the team smiling—even when the restaurant is flying.
You might already be a Supervisor, or you might be an outstanding Front-of-House team member ready to level up. Either way, we care more about your attitude, personality and potential than a perfect-looking CV.
THE ROLE
You’ll be right at the heart of the restaurant helping leading from the floor, keeping the team switched on and making sure every guest gets the full Leopard Pie experience.
You’ll be:
- Bringing great energy to every service
- Leading by example and getting stuck in
- Helping the team stay confident, focused and upbeat
- Making guests feel welcome, relaxed and looked after
- Spotting the little things that turn good service into great hospitality
- Supporting, training and developing the team
- Keeping standards high when things get busy
- Handling guest feedback with confidence and personality
- Working closely with the management team to keep everything flowing
