We are looking for a proactive and organised Warranty Administrator to join our team and support our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
As Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for handling warranty claims from receipt through to resolution, ensuring claims are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies. You will work closely with customers, dealers, suppliers and internal departments to investigate issues, coordinate corrective actions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review claim documentation and supporting evidence.
- Liaise with dealers, customers and suppliers regarding warranty enquiries.
- Coordinate investigations into product issues and warranty trends.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare warranty reports.
- Monitor claim status and ensure prompt resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues.
- Work closely with production, quality and customer service teams.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, warranty, customer service or technical support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems would be advantageous.
- A problem-solving mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
