Currently seeking reliable and hard working cleaning operatives, for upcoming job roles, within both the residential and commercial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. Located in Belfast and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Carryout both residential and occasional commercial cleaning at private homes and offices etc.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to customer's standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
- At least one years cleaning experience is essential.
- Ideal candidate must show ambition and motivation.
- Good work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- A valid driving licence is essential for travel between job sites.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Business development and marketing experience desirable, in order to grow the business.
