Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Worker / Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children and will be responsible for supporting young minds in a nurturing and engaging manner. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about giving emotional support to children as a Support Worker / Teaching Assistant. Experience working with children, particularly with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging social interaction and participation in all school activities.
- Prepare and adapt learning resources to make them accessible and engaging for students with a range of abilities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and consistent approach to each child's development.
- Promote and uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of all students.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £95.00-£110.00 per day
