Part-Time Commercial Cleaner – Doxford Park, Sunderland

Shift: 12:30pm start – 1.5 hours per shift
About the Role
A2B Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at a commercial site within Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland.
This is a weekday lunchtime cleaning position, working 1.5 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
The main focus of the role will be refreshing toilet facilities following the lunchtime period and carrying out general spot cleaning across the heavier-used communal areas of the building.
Duties will include:
- Refreshing and cleaning toilet facilities
- General spot cleaning of communal areas
- Wiping down frequently used surfaces where required
- Checking and maintaining cleanliness of high-traffic areas
- Emptying bins where required
- Ensuring the site remains clean, tidy and presentable
- Reporting any cleaning or maintenance issues when necessary
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work independently and manage their allocated cleaning time effectively
- Be available Monday to Friday for a 12:30pm start
- Take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial environment
Previous experience is preferred, although applicants with the right attitude and reliability will also be considered.
