Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vacant properties to assess security, structural integrity, and compliance with safety standards
- Identify and report any damages, unauthorized access, or safety hazards promptly
- Verify that all security measures, such as locks, alarms, and fencing, are functioning correctly
- Document inspection findings accurately through detailed reports and photographic evidence
- Coordinate with maintenance teams or contractors to address identified issues swiftly
- Maintain organized records of inspections, repairs, and follow-up actions for accountability and tracking
Requirements
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate property conditions accurately and identify potential risks or issues
- Excellent attention to detail and observational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills for reporting findings clearly and effectively
- Prior experience in property inspection, security, or maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory
