We’re looking for a Booking Coordinator to join our busy and friendly Central Booking Team. In this role, you’ll provide a professional and efficient booking service for patients and clinical teams , ensuring every patient receives a positive experience.
Using multiple IT systems (including ERS and Lorenzo – training provided), you’ll manage patient referrals and appointment bookings , helping guide patients through their care pathway from initial referral to follow-up appointments or surgery.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 18:00
Friday: 08:00 – 17:30

Has experience in a busy call centre, customer care, or high-volume administrative environment
