Job Summary
A Structural Technician position has become available at a well established independent construction consultancy based in North London. We provide Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Party Wall services and work on a wide variety of building structures, mainly spanning the residential, commercial and educational sectors, ranging in value up to £25m in construction value.
· Salary £30,000 - 45,000 depending on experience
· Bonus scheme (dependent upon profitability of company)
· Modern spacious offices in North London
· Hybrid working available (subject to agreement)
· 2 – 8 years experience
· Working on wide range of projects from structural inspections to small residential projects to larger refurb and new build projects up to £15m in value
· Knowledge of Revit and AutoCad essential.
Note: Candidates must live locally to N20 area and have experience of working within the Construction industry, in particularly Structural Engineering.
Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
