Job Summary
Yalcinsoy Group Business & Commercial Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Corporate Development Manager to support strategic growth, partnerships, investment opportunities, and business expansion.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, develop business cases, analyse markets, and support strategic transactions and corporate initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and support corporate growth and expansion strategies
- Identify potential partnerships, investments, acquisitions, and new business opportunities
- Conduct market, competitor, commercial, and financial analysis
- Prepare business cases, financial models, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Support due diligence and evaluation of potential transactions
- Coordinate with finance, commercial, legal, operations, and senior leadership teams
- Build relationships with potential partners, advisers, and stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities
- Support negotiations and strategic partnership discussions
- Track corporate development initiatives and report progress to senior management
Requirements
- Experience in corporate development, strategy, commercial management, consulting, finance, or business development
- Experience supporting strategic projects, transactions, partnerships, or growth initiatives
- Good commercial and financial understanding
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare clear business cases and recommendations
- Strong stakeholder and relationship-management abilities
- Familiarity with financial modelling, due diligence, or market analysis is advantageous
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred
