Latimer Legal Solicitors is a well-established, family-run firm seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Ramsbottom office. our dynamic team as a Receptionist/Administrator and become the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our office. This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating a positive first impression, managing administrative tasks with precision, and supporting daily operations seamlessly. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining an efficient, friendly, and professional environment that keeps everything running smoothly from the front desk to administrative workflows.
Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries accurately and promptly to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to reflect a professional workspace at all times
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence efficiently
- Support office operations by maintaining supplies inventory and assisting with basic administrative projects
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve overall workflow
Requirements
- Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism
- Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to ensure smooth handling of daily tasks
- Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and confident in interactions with visitors and colleagues
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
