Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and professional first impression
- Book appointments efficiently, managing the schedule to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including nails, eyebrows and lash lifts
- Provide expert advice on beauty routines, products, and personalized recommendations tailored to each client’s needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment areas and reception space
- Handle client inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and enthusiasm
- Support promotional activities by informing clients about special offers or new services
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to build rapport quickly and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Previous reception or front-desk experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
