Weston Manor Hotel is seeking a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Porter to support our culinary team and keep the kitchen running smoothly. If you’re a team player with a can-do attitude and take pride in a clean, organised workspace, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain spotless standards across the kitchen: pot wash, floors, surfaces, and equipment
Operate dishwashers; hand-wash delicate items when required
Receive and store deliveries; rotate stock and manage waste/recycling
Support chefs with basic prep and setup/close-down tasks
Follow food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and Health & Safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
Positive, dependable and efficient under pressure
Good communication and teamwork
Right to work in the UK; punctual and professional presentation
Previous KP experience is an advantage, but full training provided
