About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage directly with members of the public in residential areas, provide clear and accurate information about charitable campaigns and nonprofit initiatives, and help supporters connect with causes that make a real difference. You’ll work across assigned locations, representing nonprofit organisations professionally while contributing to meaningful social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential supporters through face-to-face interactions in designated areas
- Professionally explain charitable campaigns, initiatives, and fundraising goals
- Build positive relationships with members of the public
- Inspire and encourage long-term supporter sign-ups and donations
- Accurately record supporter interactions and activity
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of campaigns and partner organisations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, promotions, fundraising, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, target-focused attitude
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors in a field-based environment
- Basic IT skills for reporting purposes
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
