We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Barista/Cafe All Rounder to join our team. This roll is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing high quality coffee and beverages following recipes
- Assist customers in choosing the right coffee based on their preferences
- Operate coffee machine and other equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
- Handle transactions and operate the till
- Heating up savoury food such as sandwiches
- Restocking supplies and assisting with stock rotation
- Supporting the team with daily operations
- Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience as a barista is essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Friendly, positive attitude in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a hygienic work environment
- Flexibility with working hours, weekend availability is essential
