Real Patisserie is looking for a full time packing team member to complete our friendly dispatch team at our bakery in Southwick. Most shifts start at 9pm and finish around 5am. For one or two days of the week start time will be 5pm with a finish time of approx. 1am so flexibilty regards start times is essential. You must also be able to work some weekends.
The role involves slicing bread, and packing bread and pastry orders into crates ready for our drivers to deliver. You will also take part in making almond croissant at the end of the shift and full training will be given. Other jobs include keeping the workspace clean and ordered as per our food safety policy.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, enjoys working as part of a team, and who can concentrate so as to make a minimum of picking errors.
