About the Role
At Jill Jones Bridal, we’re more than a bridal boutique- we create unforgettable experiences. As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll play a key role in helping brides find the dress they’ve dreamed of while delivering exceptional customer service from the moment they walk through our doors.
We’re looking for someone with confidence, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for people. Bridal experience isn’t essential- we’re far more interested in finding someone with the right personality, energy and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every bride and her guests with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
- Deliver a personalised and memorable bridal appointment from start to finish.
- Build genuine relationships with brides, understanding their vision and style.
- Confidently style brides in a wide range of designer gowns, veils and accessories.
- Provide expert advice while creating a relaxed, enjoyable and exciting experience.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the boutique to the highest standards.
- Assist with merchandising, stock management and new collection launches.
- Support bridal events, designer weekends and promotional evenings.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Jill Jones Bridal team to ensure every bride receives outstanding service.

- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Friendly, approachable and able to build rapport quickly.
- A strong communicator with excellent listening skills.
- Fashion-conscious with an eye for styling and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Organised and able to multitask in a busy retail environment.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A true team player who enjoys celebrating the success of others.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Confidence using technology and booking systems is beneficial.
- Full training will be provided.
