Construction Joiner
Alliance Group Management is an established provider of Property alterations and new build housing projects within Glasgow and Inverclyde area.
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and reliable Carpenter Joiner to join our forward-thinking team to work on both property extensions and new build housing projects. This position can be a PAYE or on a CIS/Self-employed basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced organisation committed to providing exceptional customer service.
As a Skilled Carpenter Joiner you will play a vital role in our operations working across a mixture of domestic and commercial properties, delivering a high-quality service to our clients.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Time Served Joiner possessing an SVQ3 or City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery.
- Ideally have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working on extensions and new build projects.
- Hold a full current UK driving licence.
- Be determined to succeed with a positive “can-do” customer focussed attitude.
- Be a highly organised individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The Carpenter Joiner will be responsible for:
- Carrying out work in a neat and timeous manner.
- Ist and 2 fix on new build and extension alteration projects.
- Understand technical drawings assess materials required and deliver project to a high standard.
- Integrating into the construction team and working with other trades.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc Act at all times.
- Supporting high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver operational excellence across all aspects of the business including occupied properties.

Hours of work are Mon-Friday 8.00am until 16.30pm with a 30-minute Lunch break, overtime available at evenings and weekends.
