We are now looking for a sharp, motivated individual to work directly alongside the Business Development Executive and Head of Operations, helping manage and grow our expanding portfolio.
The Role
This is not a typical desk job.
You will act as a key support across business operations, marketing and sales. You’ll be trusted with responsibility, expected to think independently and play a direct role in improving performance across multiple projects.
You will be both office-based and field-active, ensuring the business runs at full efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Manage paperwork and documentation across all current operations
- Prepare files and support future strategic plans
- Coordinate daily activities across multiple business projects
- Prepare emails, reports and internal communications
- Track performance using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Provide clear daily updates on operations and staff performance
Marketing & Content
- Create and manage social media content (posts, reels, campaigns)
- Assist in graphic design (Canva or similar tools)
- Support video editing and content creation
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies across industries
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct cold calls and follow up new leads
- Visit potential clients and introduce our services
- Support partnership building and deal-making
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients
Field Work
- Carry out site visits to audit standards and operations
- Perform door-to-door B2B outreach when required
- Support contract delegation and client onboarding in the field
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects
- Creative mindset with ability to bring ideas to the table
- Comfortable in both office and field environments
- Professional, approachable and confident with clients and teams
Requirements
- Full UK clean driving licence (essential)
- Own car preferred (company vehicles/fuel provided when required)
- Ability to commute to Derby or relocate
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Skills in graphic design, video editing and social media are highly desirable
- Previous experience is a plus, but not essential
Pay & Progression
- Starting from £12.71 per hour (depending on experience)
