360 Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Construction
Location: Euxton, Chorley
Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience + commission

We’re seeking a proven construction recruiter to manage a fast-paced temp desk, support key client accounts, and drive new business in trades, plant & civils/ construction labour, and site management sectors.
The Role:
- Full 360 recruitment – business development, client management, candidate placement
- Source, screen, and register construction operatives (all trades & labour)
- Support and grow existing client accounts
- Fill high-volume, quick-turnaround vacancies across construction
- Coordinate placements, timesheets, and compliance documentation
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in construction recruitment (temp focus preferred)
- Proven billing track record
- Sales and client relationship expertise
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Full UK driving license
