This role involves servicing equipment in ladies washrooms; therefore we are permitted to request a female driver under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010
Natural UK Ltd is currently recruiting for a full time female driver/service operative. We are the largest independent washroom service and clinical waste management company in the South Wales region and are seeking appointment of a motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to work with a 7am approx start, completing an average 7.5 hour work day (this may increase occasionally) and must have their own transport to travel to and from work.
The candidate will be required to call to customers premises ranging from offices/schools/clinics etc removing or replacing hygiene products/containers from predominantly ladies washrooms. Vehicles are preloaded and unloaded by our warehouse staff but help will be needed from time to time. We would like to make all candidates aware that his role involves a considerable amount of walking and use of stairs.
Full in house training is provided and all staff are fully supported by our Operations team. We offer an hourly rate of £14.40 per hour. The hourly rate above includes a discretionary customer service /performance bonus, which is non-contractual, available subject to meeting specified criteria. Hourly pay breakdown: £13.10 base rate plus a £1.30 per hour discretionary bonus (payable quarterly.
20 days annual leave per annum (pro rata) excluding public bank holidays are provided.
