Experienced Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager

Due to continued growth and expansion, Ingleby Homes is looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join our award-winning team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established independent estate agency with an excellent reputation for customer service and local property expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Conducting property viewings and applicant registrations
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Managing maintenance issues and repairs
- Progressing tenancies from application through to move-in
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience within residential lettings
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be confident dealing with landlords and tenants
- Have strong administration and IT skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Have a positive, proactive and professional attitude
