Join a Leading Residential Property Team
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Senior Associate to join our growing Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to take on a senior role within a well-established and expanding team, advising a diverse client base on high-quality residential property matters.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with partners, build long-term client relationships, mentor junior colleagues and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the practice.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- High-value and complex residential property transactions
- New build and shared ownership matters
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages and refinancing
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Property investment and portfolio acquisitions
- Advising private individuals, investors, developers and lender clients
Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen referral relationships, supervise junior lawyers and support the strategic growth of the Residential Property team.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant post-qualification experience in residential property.
- Have a strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and associated property law.
- Be confident managing complex transactions independently.
- Demonstrate excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Have experience supervising or mentoring junior members of the team.
- Be commercially minded, proactive and enthusiastic about business development and networking.
- Be committed to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest professional standards.

Pay: £65,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
