What you'll do:
- Develop and manage training and professional development programmes.
- Identify learning needs across departments and recommend effective training solutions.
- Coordinate workshops, onboarding programmes, and leadership development initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance outcomes.
- Work with managers to support employee development and career progression.
- Maintain learning materials, training records, and compliance documentation.
- Support the implementation of digital learning platforms and blended learning solutions.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and education partners.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure training programmes align with organisational goals and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in training, learning and development, education, HR, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or project coordination experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training programmes and priorities.
- A passion for developing people and improving workplace performance.
- Comfortable using learning technologies and standard business software.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £4,800.00-£6,500.00 per month
