Join our Food and Beverage Team
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Front of House team member to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team.
As Senior Front of House, you will play a key role during service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and providing exceptional service to our Members and Guests .
This role is on a permanent basis, with full-time or close to full-time hours available.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Providing exceptional service to our Members and Guests
- Overseeing floor and bar service during busy shifts.
- Prioritising the needs of customers, ensuring that experiences match expectations with a Customer First attitude.
- Acting as a key link between the Kitchen and Front of House teams.
- Maintaining high service standards and ensuring smooth operations.
- Assisting with bookings, daily preparation, and guest communication
- Consistently Delivering, making sure that the needs of our Members and Guests are always being met.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
