Part-Time Tyre Fitter – Flexible Hours

Due to continued growth and investment, we are looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our busy and friendly team in Canterbury.
This is a part-time, flexible role, ideal for an experienced tyre fitter looking for additional hours, a better work-life balance, or flexibility around other commitments.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a hands-on role and can work confidently as part of a busy team. There may also be opportunities to take on additional hours when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tyre fitting, wheel balancing, puncture repairs and other tyre-related services to a high standard.
- Work across a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, trailers and commercial vehicles.
- Inspect and identify tyre-related issues and provide customers with clear, honest advice.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Use tyre fitting machinery and workshop equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all company health & safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Work effectively as part of the team to provide a professional and efficient service to our customers.
About You
- Minimum 1 year's experience in tyre fitting, fast-fit or automotive servicing.
- Full UK driving licence – essential.
- Confident using tyre fitting machinery and related workshop equipment.
- Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions from management.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions.
