About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who bring a strong blend of governance, assurance, fraud risk, investigations, or compliance experience gained within large, complex organisations or consulting environments.
You will likely offer:
- A background in internal audit, risk management, compliance, investigations, financial crime, governance, or a related assurance discipline.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, internal controls, fraud risk management, and organisational ethics.
- Experience conducting investigations or managing sensitive and confidential matters requiring balanced judgement and discretion.
- The ability to evaluate complex information, identify key risks, and develop practical, commercially focused solutions.
- A track record of successfully engaging and influencing senior stakeholders without direct operational authority.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the confidence to challenge constructively when required.
- High personal integrity, sound professional judgement, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
- Professional qualifications within audit, accounting, risk, compliance, or related disciplines would be advantageous, although equivalent experience will be considered.
