What we’re looking for:
You don’t need experience—just the right attitude. We’re looking for people who:

- Unrestricted right to work in the UK (we are unable to provide sponsorship)
- Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car

What we offer:
- £12.71–£13.50 per hour
- 45p per mile fuel allowance
- Higher rates on bank holidays
- Shift-based working: Shifts are scheduled within our operating hours of 6:30am to 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Shift times and working patterns will vary depending on the needs of the people we support and the rota.
- Zero-hours contract: Positions are currently offered on a zero-hours contract basis
- Full training provided – no experience necessary
- Up to 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)

What the role involves:
You’ll be supporting clients in their own homes with:
- Personal care – washing, dressing, toileting
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Medication support
- Light housekeeping – cleaning, laundry, shopping
- Providing companionship and emotional support
As our care service operates 7 days a week between 6:30am and 11:30pm, all team members are expected to participate in the shift rota and be available to work scheduled shifts within these operating hours. We recognise that individual circumstances can vary, and we will discuss availability and working patterns with you as part of the recruitment process.
