Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring all food production meets high standards of quality and presentation.

- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and service standards.
- Oversee food inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items that highlight traditional Indian flavors.
- Ensure timely serving of dishes while maintaining excellent hospitality standards for guests.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a busy culinary setting, preferably within Indian cuisine or diverse restaurant environments.
- Strong background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques specific to Indian dishes.
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen staff.
