Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Qualified Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of projects. Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical installations to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to accurately execute projects.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out installation and repair tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Document work performed and report any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc., as well as power tools including drills and saws.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and best practices within the industry.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance are highly desirable.

Pay: £30,072.40-£48,195.58 per year
