Position Summary
Job Title: Customer Account Specialist
Location: Coventry
Hours: 39hrs -Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm (8:00- 3:30 on Fridays)
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role:
- Execute the department process in accordance with Customer Experience culture standards as part of the Customer Experience Service Team.

Manage the administration for a portfolio of customers from induction to end including Contract Review, Quote generation, Order entry and expediting enquiries.

Manage customer interactions via CRM system (Salesforce) and assist with CRM training across functions that impact Customer Journey

Contribute to the CX team at internal meetings as necessary and provide reports to wider management team as required with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth.

Ensure enquiries are answered in a timely manner and the execution of duties carried out.

Liaise with internal departments including Shop Floor staff, Pricing, Planning, Stores, Shipping, Materials, Finance and Commercial

Provide regular assistance to produce reports to the leadership team on sales metrics, opportunities and performance for month end reporting purposes.

Co-ordinate and expedite resources to successfully resolve customer enquiries.

Assuring customer (internal & external) satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the various service enquiries received.

Skills required:
- Customer focused and capable of managing the internal processes for a portfolio of accounts while retaining focus of achieving annual sales targets

- Strong sense of urgency & skills in prioritization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
