Job Title - Dispatch Operative
Reporting to - Shop Floor Team Leaders/ Deputy’s
Hours of work- 08.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday ; 08.00-15.00 Friday
Salary/ Wage -£ Neg - paid 4 weekly
As a busy expanding Company, we urgently require a Dispatch Operative to join our Production Team
Sabeti Wain Aerospace Ltd is a multi-national Company leading the field within the Design & Supply of soft furnishings for Commercial Airlines.
Specific Responsibilities:
- To pack orders for despatch with accuracy and without delay.
- Measure and weigh outgoing parcels and provide this information to the Shipping Administrator
- Present orders to various couriers in a presentable and logical manner
- As a term of your employment with SWA, you can be required to undertake such other duties and commensurate with your remuneration and/or hours of work at your initial place of work and/or at other facilities/locations owned/operated by SWA
This position requires the following key skills and attributes:
- Attention to detail essential
- Possess good organisational skills
- The ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and effectively in English
- Highly organised
- Ability to work well under pressure and follow strict deadlines.
