Flexible Shifts Available
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a range of working patterns:
- Work 4 or 5 days per week
- Rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday
- Morning shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm
- Evening shifts: 4:00pm - 10:30pm
- Additional hours regularly available if desired
What You'll Be Doing
As a Community Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent and enjoy a better quality of life.
Your role may include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily routines
- Assisting with medication
- Supporting mobility and independence
- Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
- Shopping and running errands
- Delivering specialised care and therapeutic support where required
- Offering companionship and emotional support

Essential Requirements
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
