We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Operations & Customer Service Assistant to join our small, friendly team on a full time basis.
We are a specialist swimwear retailer, selling beautiful swimwear and beachwear to customers around the world. We’d particularly love to hear from someone who has a genuine interest in and passion for swimwear, fashion and our products.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering everything from preparing and despatching customer orders to stock management, returns and customer service. We’re a small, focused team, so we’re looking for someone who is equally happy working independently and using their own initiative as they are working alongside others.

What you'll be doing
Your duties will include:
- Picking stock for customer orders
- Carefully packing and despatching orders
- Checking, preparing and refurbishing stock ready for resale
- Stocktaking and stock management
- General warehouse duties
- Some light lifting and carrying
- Responding to customer emails and telephone enquiries
- Helping customers with order, delivery, return and product queries
- Processing customer returns
- Helping with other day-to-day operational tasks as required

Previous experience isn't essential, as full training will be provided.
The role involves walking throughout the working day, including regularly using one flight of stairs, together with some light lifting and carrying.
Hours
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm. Your usual working hours will be 9:30am–4:00pm, with slightly longer hours of 9:00am–4:30pm generally required during our peak season (late spring and summer).
Due to the hands-on nature of the position, remote working is not possible.

Pay: Dependent on experience and relevant skills, subject to applicable National Minimum Wage rates

Pay: £12.00-£14.50 per hour
