- Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance
- Support the dental team with sterilization, equipment setup, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Communicate clearly with patients and team members to facilitate effective treatment delivery and clinic operations
- Organize daily schedules, manage waiting areas, and ensure the practice runs efficiently
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
- Genuine interest in patient care, nursing, or healthcare professions
- Basic IT skills for managing appointment systems and electronic records
