We are looking to bring on a highly organised, proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the continued growth of our ICP (Independent Connection Provider) division.
This is a key role at the centre of operations—supporting senior leadership, maintaining structure across live ICP works, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from both an administrative and commercial perspective.
The Role
You will work closely with the Head of ICP, playing a crucial role in keeping workflows organised, compliant, and on track.
This is a fast-paced position where confidence, ownership, and attention to detail are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting ICP delivery teams with data entry and system updates
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Processing and inputting ICP-related invoices
- Coordinating and maintaining client job trackers and progress updates (including legal updates)
- Supporting and tracking legal and documentation requirements specific to ICP works
- Communicating with suppliers and clients to support smooth delivery
- Assisting with administrative coordination across multiple live ICP projects
- Working in line with EnergyForce accreditations (NERS, ISO)
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks and initiatives alongside the Managing Director and Operations Manager
