Job Title: Operations Administration
Department/Location: Office-based Wolverhampton
Reports to: Senior Admin
Staff Responsibilities: N/A
Hours of work: Full Time Monday – Friday 8.30am to 4:45pm
Salary Range £27,500.00 - £30,500.00
Summary of Position:
Working alongside the Operations Supervisor to plan and allocate work.
Manage customer communications.
Auditing of service paperwork from remote working engineers.
Liaising with internal and external customers and coordinating work flow.
Primary Responsibilities:
Auditing and reviewing site teams returned paperwork to include time sheet processing.
Working with the Operations Manager & Senior Admin and Account Managers to facilitate the smooth operation of the business.
Schedule all contract works at point of contract renewal.
Place orders for all parts and chemicals as required and needed.
Schedule all one-off jobs in consultation with Operations Team.
Create and distribute weekly work follow up reports generated from the IT system.
Book suitable accommodation when needed.
Have responsibility of vehicles to include scheduling servicing and tyre replacements etc…
Undertake other office administration works as required.
Order company stationery and field staff equipment when needed
Manage scheduling communications with customers
Issuing existing method statements and other documents to customers to facilitate delivery of work.
Qualifications & Training:
Educated to GCSE level. Must have GCSE Maths at Grade C level or above.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel. Knowledge of a work flow system.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Experience:
At least one year’s relevant work experience in an office environment.
Experience in same industry.
Qualities and Attitude.
