Award winning, Radfield Home Care specialises in providing practical support that enables people to live their best life for as long as possible. Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved, and our Care Managers have a huge role to play in making this happen.
We are seeking to appoint a well-rounded Registered Care Manager to champion high-quality, person-centred care, lead and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals, and drive outstanding regulatory compliance.
In this pivotal role, you will enjoy the autonomy to shape service delivery, backed by robust operational support, and a culture that truly values your expertise. If you possess a proven track record of elevating care standards, inspiring team loyalty, and fostering strong community relationships, we want to invest in your leadership journey.
What’s in it for you?
You will be joining a forward-looking, family run business that, for over 40 years, has been providing high-quality domiciliary care services to individuals across England, and sets the standard for what care can do. You can expect...
● A welcoming, friendly, supportive, and inclusive culture
● Recognition that proudly celebrates the achievements of both individuals and teams
● Encouragement to develop your skills, knowledge and career
● A highly competitive salary plus a performance bonus
About the Role:
A key leadership role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and commercial success of the “NEW” Radfield Home Care service launching in Cheltenham.

Your key responsibilities include recruiting, managing and developing the team, whilst championing compliance and delivering the highest quality of service. In simple terms, you’ll be ensuring our care professionals receive the tailored support they need to thrive, allowing us to surpass client expectations beyond their needs.
We hope YOU are inspired by the opportunity to drive success and become the most trusted partner in home care…chosen by families for our dedication to comfort, companionship, and dignity.
A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

The successful applicant will be required to enrol on a qualification in Level 5 leadership and management in care, at the end of a probation period, if they do not hold this already.
