Waiting Staff – Shed Grill & Seafood

At Shed Grill & Seafood, we're proud to be a busy, fast-paced steakhouse with a reputation for great food, great service, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We're looking for an experienced waiter or waitress to join our tight-knit front of house team.
This isn't an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who already knows the fundamentals of professional hospitality and can hit the ground running. We can teach you our way of doing things, but we're looking for someone who takes pride in the basics and understands what great service looks like.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a busy, quality restaurant.
- Confidence serving wine and understanding basic wine service.
- Strong mise en place standards and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage your own section, hold multiple tables, and stay in control during busy services.
- Solid food knowledge and confidence talking guests through the menu.
- A calm, professional attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Someone who works well as part of a team and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
