About the Role
We’re recruiting Support Workers for our Learning Disabilities (LD) home in Enderby, supporting children and young people aged 8–17 with additional needs.
You’ll be part of a warm, committed team providing consistent, person‑centred care — helping young people build independence, confidence, and stability in a safe, nurturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Supporting young people with daily routines and life skills
✔ Providing emotional and practical support
✔ Encouraging independence and positive outcomes
✔ Supporting community activities and engagement
✔ Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding standards
✔ Participating in sleep‑ins (£60 per sleep)
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience supporting children, young people, or individuals with LD (non essential)
✔ Calm, patient and resilient approach
✔ Driver with access to your own vehicle (essential)
✔ Commitment to safeguarding and professional practice
✔ Someone who wants to progress — Level 3 funded after probation
