OVERVIEW
We are looking to recruit a full-time Customer Service / Administrator to join our growing telecoms team.
This is an office-based position suited to an individual who takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service, communicates professionally and is confident working across a number of systems and internal processes.
The role combines customer support with important administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will assist customers by phone and email, maintain accurate account records and help ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of customer service in a professional, helpful and efficient manner
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Provide customers with clear and accurate information
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and within appropriate timescales
- Update customer accounts and maintain clear, accurate records
- Work confidently across a number of systems and internal processes
- Follow established procedures while using sound judgement to support customers effectively
- Communicate and work positively with colleagues across the business

- Good administrative and organisational ability
- Confidence using computer systems and the ability to learn new processes efficiently
- A reliable, proactive and professional attitude
- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise work effectively
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is desirable
- The ability to attend the office independently and consistently
