German Customer Services Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes, UK or Neu-Ulm, Germany (Office-Based)
Salary: £22,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday | 11:00am – 4:00pm (25 hours per week)
Type: Permanent

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, international environment, supporting customers across the UK and Central Europe — managing orders, solving problems, and keeping everything moving when others inevitably drop the ball.
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email (in German & English)
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and freight partners
- Preparing export and shipping documentation
- Managing queries through CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Tracking orders and ensuring on-time delivery with correct paperwork
- Experience in customer service, coordination, or order processing
- Fluent German and English (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail (because mistakes here actually matter)
- Solid organisational and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm in a busy, fast-moving environment
- CRM experience (HubSpot ideal, but not essential)
- Part-time hours (25 per week) – consistent schedule, no guesswork
- Exposure to an international customer base
