The Headteacher and Governing Body at Milton Primary School are inviting applications for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within our small class provision initially, supporting pupils with additional learning needs.

We are looking for someone who:
Is a caring practitioner who places the wellbeing of children at the heart of their practice- Has experience or a strong interest in supporting children with additional learning needs
- Can work effectively in a small team, modelling excellent relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Is sensitive to the emotional, social and developmental needs of children
- Has a sound understanding of child development and inclusive practices
- Can build positive relationships with families and the wider school community
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
