Job Overview: We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff.
As a member of our bar and floor team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at our establishment.
Responsibilities:
Bar: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Working in a team with other staff members to ensure smooth operation
- Other duties deemed necessary and within reason by venue management
- Clear and wash glassware in a timely and efficient manner

- To ensure company standards are upheld at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday - full flexibility preferred
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.80 per hour
